Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agent.. I definitely do not recommend these people. They really do not understand certain rules and regulations of the insurance world. And to add to this your agency decided to cancel my insurance policy after I placed a complaint to the corporate office and neglected to inform me, causing me to drive around uninsured for a month. Then this resulted in me having to pay a higher monthly payment for my premium. Thankfully my new state farm agent knew what they were doing and got me back on track.
